Forward-deployed AI operations · EU B2B

Turn what you sell into something you can actually sell.

We take your product, your market and your customers’ own words, and turn them into a researched offer, a campaign, a landing page and a measured path to your next customer. For EU companies of ten to eighty people with no marketing department.

One operator and a fleet of agents. €1,450 fixed, five working days — and you own the report whether or not you continue.

Three ways marketing stops working for a company your size.

Not a market-size argument. These are the three things we hear, in the buyer’s words.

  • “We tried an agency and couldn’t tell what we got.” Retainers of €1,500 to €5,000 a month, twelve to twenty-four month minimums, three months’ notice. The output is a deck. Nobody can connect a euro of spend to a booked call, and the account knowledge lives on the agency’s side.
  • “We don’t have anyone who speaks this language.” There is no marketing hire and the founder is already doing sales, product and support. Marketing happens in the gaps, which means it happens inconsistently, which reads as “marketing doesn’t work for us”.
  • “The rules changed and nobody told us.” Google now shows an AI summary on roughly a quarter of searches, and when one appears, clicks on ordinary results roughly halve. Meanwhile the compliance surface a real EU agency must carry — DSGVO, data processing agreements, Impressum, intra-EU VAT — is exactly what a solo operator tends to skip.

Four artefacts, in order. Each one names what you receive.

Not a list of activities. This is the sequence, and the deliverable at every step is a thing you could hand to someone else.

  1. The researched offer

Your product described in your buyers’ language, with the claims separated from the proof: what is documented, what is an estimate, and what you cannot currently back up. This is the document everything else is built on.

    Days 1–5
  2. The visibility audit

How ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI summaries and classic search currently read your business — with the actual prompts and the actual answers, plus a prioritised list of what to fix. Emphasis on what is checkable.

    Days 1–5
  3. The campaign and the page

One campaign aimed at one segment, and one landing page that matches the ad that sent them there. Ad, page and offer say the same thing, which is rarer than it sounds.

    Weeks 2–3
  4. The instrumentation

Click to landing page to lead to your CRM, wired so the numbers survive scrutiny. You get read access to the raw accounts, not a screenshot of a dashboard you cannot audit.

    Weeks 3–4

Evidence, including the result that went badly.

There are no logos on this page, because there are no clients yet to name. So here is something better: a number, and the failure next to it.

Also checkable: our audit rig is real and has run on real sites — including the operator’s own machinemachine.ai, which scored 73/100 overall and a C+ on AI-search readiness. That is the operator’s own site, not a customer, and we are not dressing it up as one.

Published prices, in euros, because “contact us” wastes your time.

Net prices in EUR. Enter at the audit. Most people stop there or continue to the pilot — both are complete on their own.

Step 1

Offer & visibility audit

€1,450 fixed · 5 working days

The diagnosis. A written report you could implement yourself.

Included

  • Researched offer narrative in your buyers’ words
  • How AI answer engines and Google currently read you
  • Which of your claims are unverifiable, and what to do
  • Prioritised action list with effort and impact
  • A 45-minute walkthrough call

Not included

  • Building anything — that is the pilot
  • Ad spend
  • Copywriting beyond the offer narrative
Step 3

Forward-deployed operations

from €1,750 per month

We run the loop so it does not become the thing you never get to.

Included

  • Monthly campaign iteration against agreed numbers
  • AI-citation and answer-engine monitoring
  • Written month-in-review, with what did not work
  • Landing page and offer maintenance
  • Direct access to me, not a ticket queue

Not included

  • Guaranteed rankings or revenue — see below
  • Media budget
  • A named account manager, because there is only one of me

Terms, plainly. No twelve-month lock: the first three months are the commitment, after which it is month to month with thirty days’ notice.

Start the pilot within thirty days of the audit and the €1,450 is credited against it. Prices are net; for business customers in another EU country the invoice is reverse-charged (§3a Abs. 2 UStG, § 13b — or the Polish equivalent, art. 42 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy o VAT).

The retainer figure is a from price, not a quote — the estimate depends on how many segments you want running.

Who this is for — and, with equal weight, who should walk away.

A short list that matches is worth more than a long list that flatters.

This is for you if

  • You are a B2B company in the EU, roughly ten to eighty people, with a product that works and revenue coming in.
  • You can name your buyer and roughly what they pay you, but the way you describe it changes depending on who is asking.
  • You are spending somewhere between nothing and about €5,000 a month on marketing, and cannot say what it returns.
  • The founder or owner is the person who will read the report and decide. No committee.
  • You want the numbers to survive someone else checking them.

This is not for you if

  • You are pre-revenue and still guessing at the product. The offer research has nothing solid to work from yet.
  • You want a forty-page brand strategy, a new logo and a tone-of-voice manual before anything ships.
  • Your bottleneck is delivering what you already sold, not finding the next customer.
  • You already have an in-house marketing team with a working cadence. You need a specialist, not an operator.
  • You want a named account manager and a shared inbox. There is one of me and that is the point.

How it works, operationally.

What the working relationship actually looks like, so there is no surprise after the invoice.

Cadence
During the audit and pilot we are in contact two or three times a week, briefly. In operations you get one written month-in-review, plus a call if the numbers justify one. No standing meetings that exist to prove attendance.
What we need from you
Two hours of your time across the audit week, access to whoever knows why customers really buy, and read-only access to ad and analytics accounts if they exist. For the pilot, one decision-maker who can say yes.
Tools and accounts
We work inside your ad accounts and your CRM, so nothing is trapped. Where you have no CRM, leads land in a place you control rather than a spreadsheet on someone else’s drive.
Approval
Anything that spends money is approved by you before it runs. Recurring work runs unattended; budget changes and new campaigns do not.
What you keep if you stop
The landing page, the campaign structure, the audiences, the instrumentation and every report. You keep the assets; we keep the system behind them.

Weekly rhythm during a pilot

Monday sets the week’s one question. Wednesday is a short written note on what the data says. Friday you get a decision, not a status report — what changes next week and why.

Why this shape

One question a week beats five half-questions. If a test is inconclusive after two weeks it is closed and written off rather than left running to look busy.

What is not promised.

Most of the promise on an agency page is in the gaps. These are ours, stated rather than implied.

  • No customer logos or testimonials. There are no client engagements finished yet, so the page does not pretend otherwise.
  • No ROI percentage. Nobody can honestly give you one before running your account.
  • No service-level agreement. What exists instead is a stated turnaround: one working day for a reply, five for the audit.
  • No partner badges. Google and Meta partner status is claimed only where verified, and currently it is not.
  • No guaranteed citation or ranking. Being quoted by an answer engine is a process, and a young domain takes time to earn.

Why the gaps are the point

An agency page with four logos and an ROI figure implies a machine that reliably produces them. When you have neither, inventing them is the easy route and the reason so many pages read alike.

The rule here is simple: if a number is an estimate, it says so; if there is no logo to show, none is shown. When a client does finish an engagement, the logo goes up — and the number with it, including how it was measured.

One person with a fleet, and why that is the right size.

I am Mariusz Kreft. I build the systems behind this offer and I am the one you talk to. Before this I spent years on the unglamorous side of software — integration, operations, making things survive contact with real users. That is the instinct I bring to marketing: wire it up, measure it, and be able to say what broke.

Forward-deployed means I work inside your business rather than from a distance. Your accounts, your language, your customers’ actual objections. When something is wrong you hear it from the person who can fix it.

The fleet is real and it is the reason one person is a credible size. Reporting, variant drafting, monitoring and list hygiene are agent work. Judgment, priorities and the awkward conversations are mine. The benchmark in the evidence section is the argument for that structure — along with the configuration where it went badly.

What I am not

Not a full-service agency. Not a platform with a signup flow. Not the cheapest option, and not the option that produces the biggest deck. If you want a team of twenty and a quarterly business review with a slide template, that is a different supplier.

Findability

Being reachable is part of the offer. Real name, real address, real reply. The operator brand behind this is machinemachine.ai, where the benchmarking work and the systems live.

The objections, answered before you have to raise them.

How is this different from the agency I already pay?

An agency sells activities — hours, channels, a monthly deck. This sells artefacts with your name on them: a researched offer, a landing page, a campaign, instrumentation. And there is no 12-month lock: after the first three months it is month to month.

I already have an SEO agency. Is this competing with them?

Usually not. SEO optimises for a ranked link and a click. Answer engines optimise for being quoted inside the answer. Pew measured click-through falling from 15% to 8% when an AI summary appears, so both matter — and most agencies only do the first. The audit covers the second.

Is this just ChatGPT writing copy?

No — and the honest answer is that the architecture matters more than the model. Our own benchmark suite measured coordinated agents at 97.7 against a single-agent baseline of 81.3 on contract review. The same suite had a wrong structure losing 36.2 points. More agents is not automatically better; that is what measuring is for.

What do you need from me to start?

For the audit: your website, what you sell and to whom, and read-only access to your ad and analytics accounts if they exist. About two hours of your time spread over the five days. For the pilot, one decision-maker and access to whoever writes the truth about the product.

How soon will I see something?

The audit report lands in five working days. The pilot produces a live landing page and one running campaign inside three to four weeks. Results from the campaign take longer than that — anyone promising you booked revenue in two weeks is estimating.

Do you work in German?

The page and the report are in English, which is where the category language lives. Standard German B2B marketing vocabulary is handled directly, and a German-language version is on the roadmap rather than promised for today.

You are one person. Can you really run my account?

Yes, but be clear about what that means. Recurring work — reporting, variant drafting, monitoring, list hygiene — runs on an agent fleet that is real and running. Judgment, priorities and the awkward conversations are mine. What you do not get is an account manager relaying messages.

What about DSGVO, my data and your AI stack?

Data processing stays in the EU on infrastructure we operate. An AVV under Art. 28 DSGVO is standard and not an upsell. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third-party domain, so there is no consent banner. Client-side metrics always come with the raw account access so you can check the numbers.

Who owns the work if I stop?

You do. The landing page, the campaign structure, the audience definitions, the instrumentation and every report are yours. The system behind them is ours. If you leave you keep the assets, not a login that expires.

What if I have no ad budget yet?

Start with the audit and implement it yourself — €1,450, and it is complete without us. If the offer and the page are the bottleneck rather than media spend, the pilot is the right second step and paid spend can start small. Below roughly €500 per month of media the arithmetic is tight; it is an estimate, not a rule.
